Teach in gov't elementary & high schools in Hanoi (start AUG 2018)

1. FOREIGN TEACHER REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: Bachelor degree + TESOL / TEFL Certificate (120 Hrs +)

• Nationality: USA    UK    Canada    Australia    New Zealand   Ireland   South Africa

• Experience: min 1 year teaching experience.

• Age limit: 24-40  

• Must have a criminal background check.

• Must have a professional outlook and positive, easy-going attitude.

2. SCHOOL INFO.

•  Contract period: late August 2018 – end May 2019

·    Working: Monday – Friday; evenings & weekends off.

·    Class size: from 40 - 45 students with assistant teacher.

·    Students’ English level? Beginner to Advanced (depending on the class)

·    School will provide the teaching curriculum.

3. FOREIGN TEACHER’S TERMS

• Salary:

1.      No experience : USD 20 / hour + completion contract bonus of 900 USD ( 9 months ).

2.      Less than 2-years exp : USD 21 USD / hour + completion contract bonus of 900 USD ( 9 months ).

3.      More than 2-years exp : USD 22 / hour + completion contract bonus of 900 USD ( 9 months )

• Tax: The school will pay the income tax for teachers.

• Probation period:  1 month

• Teaching hours:  Guaranteed 15 hours per week possibly more.

• Accommodation:  School will help teachers find accommodation.

·   Basic health insurance paid by school.
