Sunny Education in BC, a specialist teacher recruitment service, is head hunting talented tutors to teach English online to students of all ages.

Combine your passion for teaching with the flexibility of working from home. You will be well rewarded for your ability to make lessons fun and engaging!

Deliver a structured curriculum (25 or 45 minutes per session) .

Tutors are supplied with all lesson materials (Grammar, Vocabulary, Development)

We offer:

•A base pay range as below:

      CAD10-13 + bonus/25min session

      CAD18-24 + bonus/45min session

•Immediate start

•Full online platform training

•Flexible schedule. Tutors are asked to commit to 10 ‘peak’ hours a week, with plenty of additional hours available.

•Career path from start-up to Master consultant, with guaranteed hours and pay

Open to English speakers, with the following requirements:

•A University B' degree or above

•Excellent command of the English language (written & spoken)

•1-year minimum teaching experience

•TESOL/TEFL certification, or a willingness to obtain certification

•Computer literate

•Great communication and presentation skills.

•Ability to motivate & inspire students.

•A quiet, clutter-fee, and well-lit teaching space in your home.

•Infrastructure to work from home including a strong, stable internet connection, as well as a good quality webcam & headset.

Preferred:

•Previous ESL teaching experience - ideally online

•Teaching degree or qualifications and/or TESOL/TEFL/CELTA/TKT/CETYL certificates

Peak hours:

Mon – Sun (19:00 – 22:00) Beijing time (UMT+8)

Weekends (08:00 – 14:00) Beijing time (UMT+8)
